Ingredients/Components

• milk - 2 c
• water - 3 c
• can chicken broth - 1 oz
• chopped onions - 1 c
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
• can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 item
• bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (32

How to make easy potato soup:

Combine frozen hash browns, onions, broth and water in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes. Stir in cream of celery and cream of chicken soups and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly. Makes 2 quarts.
