Easy fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- peanut butter plain or crunchy - 1/2 c
- margarine 1/4 lb - 1/2 c
How to make easy fudge:
Put sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe bowl; make a hole for milk. Pour in milk and place stick of butter in center of dish. Microwave for 2 minutes on High. Margarine may not be completely melted. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until blended stiff. Pour on 2 flat dinner plates, about 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches thick. Put in icebox for 20 minutes to cool.
