Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- minced parsley - 1 tsp
- eggs, poached - 6 item
- can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices ham thin - 6 item
- slices buttered toast or English muffin halves - 6 item
How to make easy eggs benedict:
Blend soup and milk; heat. Place slice of ham on each slice of toast/muffin half. Top with poached egg. Pour sauce over eggs. Sprinkle with parsley.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Pork, Ham.
