Easy dill pickles
Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 qt
- vinegar - 1 qt
- coarse salt - 1 c
- dill - 1 item
- cucumbers - 1 item
How to make easy dill pickles:
Pack quart jars with cucumbers and dill (can add a bud of garlic). Make a brine with the water and salt. Boil in large pan, then add vinegar. Bring to a boil again. Pour hot brine over pickles to fill jar. Seal with double lid and let set for 6 to 8 weeks.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Vegetables.
