  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • small onion, sliced - 1 item
  • or 3 cucumbers, sliced - 2 item
  • medium size carton sour cream - 1 item
  • thin sliced green pepper optional - 1 item

How to make cucumbers and sour cream:

Just before serving, stir in sour cream to first 3 ingredients. Coat cucumbers and onion well. Can add green pepper. Can use part Ranch dressing for the sour cream. Serve.
