Easy beer bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- beer - 12 oz
How to make easy beer bread:
Combine flour, sugar and beer; stir just until ingredients are moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bread tests done. Brush with melted butter. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.In honor of Jesse Bailey.
