Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- soft butter - 2 Tbsp
- apples, peeled and sliced - 4 item
How to make easy apple cake:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder. Spoon over apples, spreading as best as you can. Bake for 30 minutes.Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
