- cream cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecans, chopped
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix coconut and pecans together; spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions; pour over first layer. Mix melted butter with powdered sugar and cream cheese.
