- chopped pecans - 2 c
- coconut - 1 lb
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Use 9 x 13-inch pan (not greased). Mix cake mix as directed. Set aside. In pan, layer coconut, pecans and chocolate chips. Pour cake batter over this. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. TestRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
