- cream cheese - 8 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- Second Layer:1 box German chocolate cake mix
- Pour on top of first layer
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix and place in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.Second Layer:1 box German chocolate cake mix Mix as directed on box. Pour on top of first layer.Third Layer:1 stick oleo, melted8 oz. cream cheese1 lb. box confectioners sugar Mix together. Pour over top of cake mix.
