Ingredients/Components
- crushed pecans
- coconut
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- box cream cheese - 1 oz
- box German chocolate cake mix with pudding - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with pecans and then coconut on top of it. Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Pour over toppings in pan. Melt 1 stick oleo and let 1 box cream cheese soften. Mix together and add 1 box powdered sugar. Mix well. Pour over cake batter and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
