Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 1 oz
- shredded coconut
- powdered sugar - 4 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- directions - 1 box
How to make earthquake cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine pecans and coconut; sprinkle in bottom of pan. Pour prepared cake mix over pecan and coconut mixture. Melt margarine and cream cheese together in saucepan. Add powdered sugar; mix well. Pour mixture over cake batter. Bake for 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove from oven.
