- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bottom and set aside. Mix cake mix as directed and pour over pecans and coconut. In large bowl, mix cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spoon on top of unbaked cake mix. Do not spread. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
