- cream cheese
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- box chocolate base cake mix either Swiss, German chocolate or Double Dutch - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Topping:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 stick melted margarine Mix together coconut and nuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix and pour on top of coconut and nuts. Mix and drop on top of cake mix, using a spoon, the cream cheese, sugar and margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
