  • cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
  • onion, grated - 3 Tbsp
  • dried beef, chopped - 1 pkg
  • to 3 dashes garlic powder - 2 item
  • squirt Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • to 3 dashes salt - 2 item
  • to 3 dashes pepper - 2 item

How to make dried beef cheese ball:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until firm (overnight). Roll into a ball, then roll in chopped walnuts. Great on Ritz crackers.
