Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• plain flour - 3 c
• diced bananas - 2 c

How to make dr. bird cake:

Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar and soda. Make hole in middle and add bananas, pecans, vanilla, pineapple, oil and eggs. Mix well but do not beat. Bake in tube pan or Bundt pan at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
