  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat all together and stir in all dry ingredients. Bake 1 hour or until done on 350°.
