Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• nuts
• can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• cooking oil
• diced bananas - 2 c

How to make dr. bird cake:

Measure and mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, pineapple with juice and bananas. Stir to blend; do not beat. Pour into 9-inch tube pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
