Double layer pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- pumpkin - 1 can
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- whipped topping
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- vanilla flavored instant pudding - 2 pkg
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.Pour one cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, one to two minutes (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices with whisk, mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least three hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts if desired. Makes 8 servings.
