Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • Cool Whip
  • cold milk - 1 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • graham cracker crust - 1 (6
  • instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg

How to make double layer pumpkin pie:

Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with whisk for 1 to 2 minutes (will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices with whisk; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
