- cream cheese - 4 oz
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- Cool Whip
- cold milk - 1 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 (6
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with whisk for 1 to 2 minutes (will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices with whisk; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer.
