Doctor bird cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• sifted flour - 3 c
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• can crushed pineapple with syrup - 1 oz
• diced, ripe bananas - 2 c

How to make doctor bird cake:

Beat eggs. Add sugar. Beat well. Add oil, vanilla, pineapple and juice; beat again. Add dry ingredients a little at a time. Fold in diced bananas last. If you want to use a 9-inch tube pan or a long cake pan, bake tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350° or long pan for 1 hour at 350°.
