Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • sifted flour
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • shredded zucchini, drained well - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients together. Divide recipe mixture into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out dry and clean.
