Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 2/3 c
- white syrup - 1/2 c
- egg whites, beaten stiff but not dry - 2 item
How to make divinity fudge:
Cook the first 4 ingredients until hard ball stage, 250° on thermometer. Slowly pour onto the stiffly beaten egg whites. Keep beating until set and add the vanilla. Spoon onto waxed paper to make individual pieces of candy.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
