Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- white syrup - 1 c
- raw peanuts - 3 c
- to 20 drops red food coloring - 15 item
How to make peanut pattie:
Combine 3 cups sugar, 1 cup syrup and 1 cup water in large saucepan. Bring to boil; add peanuts and food coloring. Boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat; add vanilla, salt and butter. Stir until thick; spread out onto buttered tin foil.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
