Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- jar mushrooms - 1 item
- to 3/4 stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can beef broth soup - 1 item
How to make dirty rice:
In square baking dish, place margarine and uncooked rice. Add soups, then add drained mushrooms. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. When taking out of oven, shake soy sauce to taste over rice and stir. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Beef, Pork, Beef organ meats.
