Ingredients/Components

  • uncooked rice - 3 c
  • water even with rice level - 1 item
  • yellow onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
  • can Rotel tomatoes - 1 item
  • can French onion soup - 1 item
  • beef sausage turkey, chicken or shrimp - 1 pkg

How to make rice cooker jambalaya:

Combine all ingredients in rice cooker. Start cooker and stir at least once every 15 minutes to prevent sticking. When the cooker is finished, let steam for 10 minutes, covered.
