Rice cooker jambalaya
Ingredients/Components
- uncooked rice - 3 c
- water even with rice level - 1 item
- yellow onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- can Rotel tomatoes - 1 item
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- beef sausage turkey, chicken or shrimp - 1 pkg
How to make rice cooker jambalaya:
Combine all ingredients in rice cooker. Start cooker and stir at least once every 15 minutes to prevent sticking. When the cooker is finished, let steam for 10 minutes, covered.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shrimp, Pork sausage.
