  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
  • Oreo cookies, crushed - 1 pkg

How to make dirt cake:

Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter or margarine. Add Cool Whip. Mix vanilla pudding, cold milk and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese mixture and divide into 1/2. Layer cake, beginning with cookies, followed by 1/2 of the mixture. Repeat.
