Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 item
- chopped dates - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- Rice Krispies - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make date balls:
Melt butter. Add sugar, beaten egg and dates. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, nuts and Rice Krispies and mix well; let cool. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Place on waxed paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, Holiday, < 30 mins.
