Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- can apricots, well drained - 1 oz
- can pineapple chunks, not drained - 1 oz
- can peaches, well drained - 1 oz
- can pears, well drained - 1 oz
How to make curried fruit:
Mix margarine, curry powder and brown sugar and pour over fruit. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Goes well with ham or chicken.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
