Peanut butter balls
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- peanut butter crunchy or smooth - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter balls:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Chill at least 2 hours.Optional: Dip in chocolate mixture of 1 (16 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate pieces with 1/2 block cake paraffin. Store in airtight container. Make sure you keep space between each ball to keep from sticking together.
