Crunchy cheese potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 8 oz - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- minced chives - 1 Tbsp
- finely crushed cornflakes - 1/2 c
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick - 6 item
- additional minced chives - 1 item
How to make crunchy cheese potatoes:
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, 1 tablespoon chives, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Combine cheese and cornflakes; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with additional chives.
