Crunchy baked bananas
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- miniature marshmallows - 1/2 c
- cornflakes - 1 c
- large or 3 small bananas - 2 item
How to make crunchy baked bananas:
Heat oven to 375°. Peel and half banana. Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle marshmallows, brown sugar and cornflakes; drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake 12 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Breakfast.
