Crunchy baked bananas
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- miniature marshmallows - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- large bananas - 2 item
- cornflakes cereal - 1 c
How to make crunchy baked bananas:
Heat oven to 375°. Peel bananas; cut each lengthwise in half. Place, cut sides up, in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle bananas with marshmallows and sugar. Mix cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until bananas are tender. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Breakfast.
