  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • water
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • sticks butter or margarine - 4 item
  • Duncan Hines Deluxe yellow cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make crumb cake:

Combine cake mix, eggs and water; beat for 4 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake on second rack for 17 minutes at 350°.

Meanwhile, prepare crumb mixture as follows: Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter or margarine. Add vanilla and melted butter to the flour mixture. Knead between fingers to mix. Sprinkle the crumb mixture on the partially baked cake. Continue baking for 17 minutes more. Cool, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
