Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- soup cans milk - 3 item
- can cream of celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
- stuffing mix seasoning and bread crumbs - 1 pkg
How to make mock chicken:
Cook ground beef in skillet until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in 2-quart or larger casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown around the edges and not soft in the middle.This makes a large amount, suitable for a covered dish dinner. You may use all cream of chicken soup, if desired. To reduce recipe, just reduce the amount of soup and milk.
