  • cooked macaroni - 3 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 2 c
  • shredded sharp process cheese - 3 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:

Toss macaroni with butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice.
