Ingredients/Components
- cooked macaroni - 3 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 2 c
- shredded sharp process cheese - 3 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:
Toss macaroni with butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
