Ingredients/Components
- butter or oleo - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nuts if desired - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
How to make crisp toffee bars:
Cream together butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, nuts and chocolate chips by hand. Press in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
