Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared horseradish
- can tomato soup - 1 1/2
- onions, peeled and sliced - 2 item
- Tabasco optional - 1/4 tsp
- green peppers, cut in strips - 2 item
- loin pork chops - 6 item
How to make creole pork chops:
Place chops in shallow baking dish. Arrange onions and peppers on top. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake at 375° covered 1 hour or until chops are tender. Serve with hot rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
