Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 6 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- shortening - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- pork chops - 6 item
- thin slices lemon - 6 item
- thin slices onion - 6 item
How to make creole pork chops:
In a skillet, brown chops in shortening. On each chop place a lemon slices and an onion slice. Mix together brown sugar, catsup and water. Pour over chops. Cook covered until tender, about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
