Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can chicken gumbo soup - 1 item

How to make creole burgers:

Saute ground beef and onions. Stir in soup, ketchup and mustard. Season with pepper. Spoon into bottom half of buns and top with a slice of American cheese. Place under broiler or in microwave to melt cheese. Top with top half of bun.
