Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- can chicken gumbo soup - 1 item
How to make creole burgers:
Saute ground beef and onions. Stir in soup, ketchup and mustard. Season with pepper. Spoon into bottom half of buns and top with a slice of American cheese. Place under broiler or in microwave to melt cheese. Top with top half of bun.Recipe categories: American, Southern u.s., Creole.
