- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 2 c
How to make indian fry bread:
Mix ingredients and form a ball. Roll out dough to about 1/2-inch thick and cut into pieces. Fry quickly in vegetable oil, heated to 400°, in an iron skillet. Turn and brown. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Breads, American, Native american.
