Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • chopped pecans - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • raisins - 2 Tbsp
  • leaf lettuce - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
  • can pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 oz
  • large apples, cubed - 3 item
  • orange or pineapple juice

How to make creamy waldorf salad:

Combine first three ingredients in small bowl. Stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce in a bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Serves 6 to 8.
