Creamy waldorf salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- cold water - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can ready-to-serve vanilla pudding - 1 oz
- medium unpeeled apples, sliced - 2 item
How to make creamy waldorf salad:
Dissolve jello in hot water; add cold water. Chill until partially set. Add pudding and beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Chill until mixture mounds when spooned. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into 7 to 8 cup mold. Chill until firm, 6 hours or overnight. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Apple, Salads, Pears.
