Creamy tuna garden wedges
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- horseradish - 2 tsp
- Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
- can tuna, drained - 1 item
- pepper sauce - 1/8 tsp
- assorted vegetables - 1 item
How to make creamy tuna garden wedges:
Mix baking mix with water. Pat dough on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with floured hands, forming 1/2-inch rim around edge. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, pepper sauce and tuna together. Spread on top of crust.
Top with fresh vegetables: diced green pepper, celery, mushrooms, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, etc. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into bite size pieces.
