Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • onion - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • can chili no beans - 1 item
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • tortilla chips - 1 pkg
  • tomatoes - 1 item
  • lettuce - 1 item
  • salsa - 1 item

How to make creamy tacos:

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add cheese to meat and melt. Add chili and sour cream. Serve in layers. Crumble chips; put hamburger mixture, then tomatoes, lettuce and salsa.

Note: If you have meat mixture leftover, it is also good as a dip.
