Creamy rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 5 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- uncooked rice
How to make creamy rice pudding:
Add rice and salt to the 5 cups boiling water and reduce heat to medium. Cook rice for 20 minutes until water is cooked away. Mix eggs, milk and sugar in bowl. Add cooked rice and stir. Add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour rice mixture into a greased (butter) baking dish. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
