Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- can cream soup - 1 item
How to make creamy potatoes:
Shred cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
