Creamy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- large red potatoes - 4 item
How to make creamy potatoes:
Scrub potatoes well. Do not peel. Boil until tender. Drain water. Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients except paprika until blended. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
