Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • large red potatoes - 4 item

How to make creamy potatoes:

Scrub potatoes well. Do not peel. Boil until tender. Drain water. Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients except paprika until blended. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
