Creamy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- potatoes - 5 lb
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- chives - 1/4 c
How to make creamy potatoes:
Peel and boil potatoes until tender; drain and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, margarine and chives. Blend thoroughly with mixer. Place in a baking dish and garnish as desired with paprika or more chives. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
