- whipping cream - 1 c
- chicken stock - 5 6
- diced, peeled potatoes - 4 c
- sliced leeks white and bit of green - 4 c
How to make creamy potato leek soup:
Bring leeks, potatoes and chicken stock to boil in large saucepan. Season to taste with salt. Cover partially and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Puree soup. Whisk in cream.Recipe categories: Potato, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
